The international project “European Rainbow- a guide to teach European Citizenship” starts in October 2016 and finishes in June 2019. Seven European schools are going to cooperate to introduce the ways of teaching European Citizenship to school’s curriculum. They are going to look for the most attractive and reasonable strategies to find the way of effective teaching. During the three-year project students from seven European schools are going to study the myths, legends and heroes of each country, analyzing the morality of the story and social “attributes” of national heroes, looking for the values and ideas hidden in the traditional tales.
The project is organized with the financial support of UE Erasmus +, Action 2.
The official opening of the project took place during the international meeting organized by Primary School no 58 in Poznan, Poland – October 2016.
